is there a website anywhere, where I can buy an adapter to for a clarion
multichanger onto a blaupunkt head unit

Different manufacturers use completely different wireing , voltages and
protocols to connect the changers. To make an adaptor would be possible but
would also be very expensive and have a limited market whcih is why nobody
has bothered making them.
