Default Can I connect? Sony WX-C570R to CDX-757MX

I've been offered a CD Changer for my car - a Sony CDX-757MX. The thing is,
I can't tell if I'd be able to attach it to my HU - a Sony WX-C570R.

The HU manual says it will accept:
CDX-805
CDX-715
CDX-T65
CDX-T62

Or source selector XA-C30

Does anyone know if I'd be able to use this changer, and if so whether I'd
need any special adapters?

Thanks.

It's not a UK part, so I can't say with 100% certainty, but it's a
standard Unilink changer, so it should be fine. The only down point is
that the C570 doesn't appear to support CD text off the changer, so
you probably won't get ID3 tag display (unless the changer also does
this with Custom File compatible units).

The thing that baffled me is that some sites have referred to it as
having an "ai-net" connection. What's that then?

Ai-Net is an Alpine style of connection. Same style of connector as
the Sony but AFAIK, the term 'Ai-Net' itself is probably a copyrighted
Alpine one.

Excellent! So I can be sure that the the site I saw referencing Ai-Net
on a Sony unit was wrong!

Thanks very much for your help.
