Old Sony CDX-A15Autochanger - compatible head

I've been passed this old Sony CDX-A15 autochanger which has been sat unused
in the boot of a 92-K rover 600 for a few years ( I supect it was fitted
when the car was new )

I don't expect it will readily plug straight into a modern Sony head unit,
but I'd appreciate it if any ICE gurus can advice me what kind of connector
it is and would range of Sony Head will be compatible eg typical 'XR-C
model' numbers.

I'll then take my time and have a search on Ebay for a suitable cheap head
unit.
