Anyone seen a small device (about the size of a 10p) you then place it on
your mobile & you then tune your radio to settings 88.7 and your phone is
then linked up to the car speakers, so when a call comes in it mutes the
radio and the sound from your phone comes through your speakers. Any one
know the makers the wholesalers ??

Cheers
Tracey

It doesn't mute the radio obviously, as you can't be listening to
another station if you're tuned into 88.7 ...
You'd have a preset at that frequency, and just hit the button when you
get a call.

It's quite cool for just £16 tho.

Yes. I had one, but sent it back...

Its like a small clothes peg attached to a circlular box limpet thing which
you clamp over the ear piece of your mobile. Has a on/off button on the
front and red LED. You would turn it on all the time and have 88.7 or
whatever stored in memory of your car radio, which you would switch to when
the fone rings.

I found the reception not particually good and got severe feedback when i
turned the radio up loud enough to hear the caller.

Its not a bad idea but this particular one needed more refining to work
well.

Its sold by Outback marketing. Can let you have their address if you email
me.

Friend of mine has one, she had same feedback problem. We found that if the
rubber seal that fits over the phones' speaker is misaligned you get this
problem. You have to ensure all the speaker holes are covered, then we found
it worked fine, HTH,

away on a promotion.
