Removing wires from stereo harness

Hi,
I need to swap 2 wires coming from my stereo but I cant remove them from the
wiring harness. Does anybody know how to do it and if I have to remove the
pins that the wires go into?

If you look down the pin in the block you will see a small clip push this in
then pull Wire/Pin out.
