No software is needed, and you don't have to register, only select
input and output formats, submit the form. It's easy !!

If you read the terms and conditions you can't actually use it for anything
other than your own work. Everything is saved and stored against your
personal details. very risky.

It is better to get Limewire and download your own software, then at least
you know no one is storing what you are doing.
