Default Burning MP3 To CD = L/R Volume Fluctuation ?

When I burn an mp3 to cd (on windows xp using nero) and play it back on the
home stereo, I hear a volume fluctuation going from the left to right channel
constantly.Any advice on how to prevent it ?

Thank-you.

Any Mp3 editing and recording software will of use. Suggests Flexiusic Wave
Editor, play the file in this software and check the volume of the original
Mp3 files playing left to right channel.. The volume of the channels will be
displayed while the files are playing. check and correct the volume of both
the channels separately.
