Hi Adrian;
It was tongue in cheek when I asked the Q.
The Audio chip is the standard AC97 fitted to a now 3 year old
motherboard.
I generated a test tone with Audacity and that records as steady...

What is the methodology used to capture "wave" output?
Hi all;
I use Audacity to record the output from say an internet site.
What is going on in the OS to allow (on MS) the "wave" output to be
recieved by a "Recorder" like Audacity?
There must be...
