Ok. I like the sound of the Squuezebox. Do you know if it can play
files on a stand-alone network hard-drive or does it need a PC?

What I am looking for is a consumer unit like the Squeezebox but
without the built in DAC. Any idea how the sound quality of WAV over
wireless ethernet with S/PDIF into my Arcam DAC would...

I have a Arcam Black Box 50 and am about to purchase WiFi Router. What
do I need to get the 'best' HiFi sound from files on the PC to the DAC?
What sort of sound quality is possible? Any help would...
