mutliplug going into the radio. Is it OK to just crimp the wires into...

I have a Seat Alhambra fitted with a Ford 2007 unit and have been given a
Sony CDX-605 changer along with a remote RF output controller (51RF). I
believe I should be able to get the RF unit to work...
