Are these things any good??

lots of these sort of things on eBay that seem to cheap to be any good.
Anyone have any experience with them, what do I need to look for when
getting one? Has to have TV tuner built in, not just a screen.

Got called out to fit one of these last week. It didn't work. Customer had
already paid £80 postage + customs charge and was then left with the option
of paying another £80 to send it back to china and further carriage/customs
for a replacement. He threw it in the bin.
