ive just bought a second hand black panel from our paper, ive read now
that it needs a code to work (since the powers been off to it for so
long) does anyone have list of the codes? our local places wont tell
us it or do it without the proper reciept and we cant get it

You mean the legal owner you bought it from doesn't have the receipt to
prove it wasn't stolen?
