Hi,

I'm no expert, but is it really impossible to buy a car CD player that
fulfils the following conditions

1. Can be plugged into a Volkswagen Beta Radio/cassette player to add CD
capability

2. Fits in the dash below the radio.

I have seen a unit like this in a friends Passat, and would like one for my
Transporter based motor Caravan (ie no boot to put a large CD changer in).

All the firrms I have contacted either want to sell me a new radio/CD player
(in which case I lose the Cassette), or a large CD Changer that won't fit in
the dash.

I would actually prefer a single CD player, but the only one I have seen (in
my friend's car) is a 6 CD autochanger.

Does anyone know if anything is available that will meet my spec?
