merc c class 270 (2003) Radio Removal
 

I need to remove the radio from a merc c class 2003 model. There is no
obvious ways in.

I can pop out the gear surround and have found two screws (torx 15) behind
the ashtray flap. But what should I do next?

Certain cars, require the original manual before doing anything.
I would put the Mercs in this category, my mate has one tbh , I'd leave it
well alone or retun it to dealer to remove as the car should still be under
warranty.

I remember VW breaking the console in my Corrado as there is a screw under
the rear ashtray, only the Robert bentley manual revealed this.
Check Ebay as there are full workshop manuals on CD rom nowadays.
