Problems with ID3 tags

Been using Musicmatch Jukebox to edit ID3 tags on downloaded tracks. When
played on Musicmatch on the PC the tag data displays correctly but when I
burn to CD and play on the Kenwood in the car maybe 10% of the tracks appear
with no ID3 tag data.

The Kenwood only supports ID3 v1, any ideas?

Jim.

Mine does this, play the tracks on winamp on your pc, click on the song name
and it'll give you an ID3 tag editor. You can copy your tags from ID3v2 to
ID3v1, edit them or whatever.

Top Tips:-
1. Edit your ID3's when you download or convert your MP3s
2. If you have an album you want to play in sequence, name the tracks 01,
02, 03 etc then name the ID3 the actual song title, that way they play in
the right order.
3. If you use Audacity to cut up albums, you can edit the ID3 tag with it
4. If you use CDEX for converting, you can set it to do v1 and v2 for
you.

Just use Tag&Rename - google for it.

Great program, lets you do all sorts of things really easily!
