The window winder? There's a clip that holds it on, a bit of bent wire,

sort
of a squashed horseshoe shape. Push a flat screwdriver or something behind
the winder and push that off, and then the winder will pull off.

It is a spring clip. I use 2 thin screwdrivers to pop it off, one on
each side.

When putting the arm back on you can put the clip on and line up the
handle them just push the handle on, it will click in place.

It's called the "crank handle". You have to yank your crank to get it
off. It's alot easier if you get a tool, and insert it behind the crank
while you're yanking. Betwen the tool, and yanking, you should get it
off pretty quickly. You can get the tool at just about any hardware
store which carries "Help!" products. Happy yanking!

the official name of the retaining part for the crank handle is "jesus
clip", as in "Jesus Christ, where the hell did that clip go?"
