Default Car audi repairers -Manchester Leeds area

Hi,

I've bought a Laguna RT 1999 with a std single CD head thats apparently
dead. I've tried an ancient Blaupunkt in the same connection and that works
okay.

The model is a 22DC481/62 manufactured by Philips, there's no signs of
damage or electrical burning etc.

I'm stuck deciding whether it would be cheaper to persue repairing it , or
simply finding a 2nd hand one from a breakers.

Can anyone give me any details of any repair specialists that are happy to
take a quick look at it to decide if its a simple fix, or its a waste of
effort.

Thx

In Leeds there's a place at the top of Dewsbury Road just near the Tommy
Wass that does car audio repairs.

Hehehe, small world. I used to live not too far away from there in
Churwell, just behind the White Rose Centre. Now in Mirfield.

Good luck with it.
