what sub is this?

A guy made me an offer. Its a lightning audio 12" sub and he wants R650
($91) for it. All I can find on it is a code "S2.12.4". It has got little
metal rings (looks like washers) that is glued onto the dome. Anyone know
this sub? Power rating ect?
