A Nakamichi MB75 and MB100 both have built in 6 disc changers, they are not
that cheap however but they are very good sound quality units.

If you have a CD burner, you might consider a head unit that plays
MP3/WMA files - you can get 8 hours on one disc that way, without the
need for a changer

Alpine used to do a 3 disc head unit, that was AGES ago so they might be
worth a look.
