Sony CDX-MP40

Has anyone noticed a problem with the Sony CDX-MP40 headunit seemingly
crashing when switching from an mp3 cd to the tuner? It just hangs
there saying "Tuner" leaving me with no radio until I reset it.

Nope, mine's never done that.

Does it do it on different CDs, or have you only seen it with one CD? If
it's just one, it might be some problem with the CD.
