Default 4x6 speakers.. advice?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can give me a bit of advice about a decent set-up
for my car. I just got a Porsche 924 and it's got some interesting speaker
mounting places - two 4x6 mounts in each front door, two 4x6 mounts in the
rear and one 4x6 mount in the centre of the dashboard!
I bought two 3-way Pioneer 4x6 speakers just to test if they'd fit ok -
looks like they'll go in alright. So, I'm wondering what to put in the
remaining holes. Think I could just get two more of the same speakers to
chuck in the back to give a 'fuller' sound in the car, but are there any
other options? I don't suppose anyone's ever made a relatively small sub
that could be mounted into a 4x6 hole in a dashboard, have they? I also
thought maybe I could use it for a speaker on a hands-free kit or something.
That could be interesting.
What about the rears - what do people think is a good set up for front &
rear speakers? I don't particularly want to start cutting stuff up, building
boxes or spending tons of dosh as I'm not sure how long I'm keeping the car,
but it would be cool if I could figure out a decent sound set-up using the
currently-available speaker positions.

Cheers,

Chris.

Hmm, you could get a DTS amp and install a center speaker in the center
hole, or as you said put a handsfree speaker there.

Interesting. Is there much point to this if I'm just listening to music? Can
I use a DTS amp or some other sort of amp to somehow pump stuff through the
centre channel?
Let's say I just got five identical speakers with decent range - three in
the front, two in the rear. Is there any sort of amp that could use this
with output coming from my radio/minidisc/cd player?
Would/could it actually sound any good?

Chris.
