New car arriving soon (not soon enough!!). Peugeot 206 SW HDI Xsi

Want a head unit that will do the following...

Connect to the remote control stalk
Connect to the in-dash display
mp3 CD-RW
DAB ready
Auto volume wrt ambient noise

The last one is a nice to have. The others are musts. My research so far is pointing me to one of the Kenwood units but I would like to be aware of my choices.

Also, the car is going to have parking sensors. Does this change matters? I'm a novice when it comes to these things so excuse me if this is a silly question.
