I emailed the contact us on the site and got a reply which adapter i would
require.

I then asked how much they were and he must have emailed it to sales whom
emailed me saying (more politly) that they only done trade...but it was the
way he asked that girl and the way it spoke of me - not very good customer
service..

So not only do they have a pants website, but their operators struggle
to operate. Their products are variable (eg some speaker mounts come
with cables to save you hacking the loom, some don't) and the
instructions are poor photocopies of poor instructions.

You'd think someone would move in and clean up!

What are you on about? the following statement is printed on the contact
page and the enquiry form:

"Please note we do not sell directly to the public. Contact our sales
department on 0800 7839125 for more information on where you can buy
Autoleads products."
