Kenwood 7027 - Can't read MP3 CDs
 

Help

I've just written off 3 CDRoms trying to burn a CD that my Kenwood 7027 can
play.

I finally got one that my TVs DVD player can read and play but in the cars
7027 it just comes up with Track01 and stops after about 10 secs.


I'm using Nero Burning rom 5.5 the last attempt was:-

No Multisession
Iso Level 2
Joliet
Track at once
Finalise CD

What am I doing wrong?

I don't want to ask stupid questions, but you DID buy the KDC-W7027 and not
just the KDC-7027 didnt you? The first will play MP3's... the 2nd one
doesnt.

D'OH!

It's a KDC-7027!

The unit is my sons and he said he thought it should play MP3 CDs, got him
to dig out the manual and there it is in the small print only the KDC-W7027
can play MP3 CDs
