MP3 into Honda CR-V with satnav

I've just got a new CR-V with a satnav/radio/player and have a Zen Micro MP3
player
The radio has an aux input - but how can I best connect the Zen output to
the radio?
Is there any possibility of controlling the zen from the radio?
Who are the specialists dealers in this area?
