Sony 13pin CD changer cable

Which Sony changers work with that?
I have a sony XR-C420RDS radio cassette that already has the wiring ran
for the CD changer so I might as well find one that works, because it
sounds quite good.

That unit shouldn't have a 13 pin changer cable. Are you sure it's
actually connected at the head unit end?? If so, it might have a DIN
to unilink connector hidden somewhere in line.

Hmm, interesting.
When I bought the car, the changer brackets are fitted in the boot with
small hole in the carpet to feed the cable through.

Last owner told me changer stopped working and he never bothered to
replace it, just threw it away.

The cable is turqouise green colour with a block of 12 pins with 1 pin
below.

Also in the boot in a small bag is a short length of tourquoise cable
with a DIN on it, and a small oblong white block.

I've got no idea what that is, but it doesn't sound like a Sony cable.
If you need any clarification feel free to email me a digital image
and i'll see if I can identify what it is!
