Goodmans GCE-7350MP3R Dead?
 

I fitted one these to my ageing Previa to replace the stock Toyota
Radio cassette and it was working fine!

Until I drove over a speed bump at Oxford Services on the M40, the head
unit went blank and that's it. No worky.

It appears to turn on, bleeps to confirm, CD lights come on behind the
panel. CD feeds in ok, ejects ok, doesn't play tho. Head unit remains
blank although I can turn the unit on and off with it, and various
random key press return bleeps from the unit. no radio of course,
nothing.

Fuses are ok, remote seems to work, can get similar bleeps from the
unit with it but again, no actual sounds.

Sounds like a junker but is there anything else worth trying?
Disconnect battery?
