Default Pioneer IP Bus Cable

Could anyone tell me where I can obtain an IP Bus Cable to connect a Pioneer
CD Changer to a Pioneer Head Unit. These seem to be impossible to get from a
UK supplier apart from a specialist installers for about £60. I have seen
them on various US web sites for about $30 upwards (both genuine Pioneer and
compatible clones). I would prefer to buy one in the UK rather than try and
get one shipped over from the US.

Any info appreciated.
