Head-unit for Omnifi.
 

Hi all,

I'm *still* wibbling around thinking about how to get my MP3
collection into my car. I'm off MP3 DVD players now, and I've
pretty-much decided to get an Omnifi DMP1 since it seems to be a dying
product now, and they're getting really cheap.

All I have to do now is decide on a head-unit to use with it. The
budget is around 200-250 quid and I'll be fitting it myself. I'm not
after the ultimate sound quality (I doubt the Omnifi will do anything
at that price level justice anyway) but I do want ease of use, decent
features, and a nice clear dot-matrix display. For now, I'll be
driving the OE speakers direct from the head-unit, tough I might think
about expanding later.

At the moment, I like the look of the Kenwood KDC W808. Any reason why
I shouldn't go for that, or any other suggestions would be muchly
appreciated.
