reccomendations for van sound system

hi all,

I've just got a new van (toyota powervan) for work and i'd like to fit
it with a new sound system. I've been looking to get a mp3 head unit
and a decent speaker system

I've got a budget of £350 and i prefer quality of sound rather than
volume.

any reccomendations?
