What brand of radio is in my 2006 Megane?
 

Hello.

I've just bought a 2006 Renault Megané and I want to buy a Connects2
iPod adapter. They sell two versions, one for the Philips HU and one
for the VDO HU. Now, I have no idea which one I have and I don't want
to spend £200 to buy both!

Does anyone know which I have (the chap at the dealership didn't)?
I'll try to describe it. It's a single CD with six radio pre-set
buttons arranged on a top-right to bottom-left diagonal to each other,
and a little red on/off button at the top-left of the unit. I can
provide a photo if needed.

Post 2000 units are VDO. You'd probably need an ARNIPOD003, assuming
the car has a Tuner List or Update List head unit.
