HELP!
 

Hi folks

I got a puzzle for you......
1. I need to find the speed pulse wire in my 54plate Mondeo STTDCi, as
far as i am aware, this is no mean feat. Not being an auto electrician
makes it even harder!..lol. Any ideas?
2. I have the Alpine IVAd300 touch screen head unit, but after having
sunk my last car (long story), the original brain unit was beyond
repair, so not wanting to loose the lot, i duly got onto ebay and found
just the brain unit, it was from the USA, but i thought nothing of it.
Its a totaly different spec, the unit works the screen, but more than
half the functions are not there and it wont give a picture on the
screen. I have the original UK brain, but dont know if it can be
repaired. Once again, any ideas?
