Can I post a recommend?
Hi,
There is a company that I bought some car audio stuff from that has knocked my socks off for customer service. Basically, I screwed up and needed some replacement parts. Not only did they answer posts quickly and sympathetically (a wonder in itself) - they sent the parts I needed without charging me for them, not even charging me for the carriage.. Now I think that deserves public recognition - such customer service is pretty rare these days. I fully expected having to pay, after all, it was entirely my fault. But I don't post often enough to this group, or read the posts often enough - to know if such a totally independent recommend would be welcome. I would hate the company to be accused of spamming. Or for me to be accused of breaking the charter for the group - although I wouldn't see it as an advert, others may do so.. So, can I mention this company's name? -- Sue |
