I've just taken collection of my new Meriva (Motability) and in my old
cavalier I have a JVC 12-CD changer. I've been told that it is not possible
to connect the radio in the car to the CD changer.

So is there a CD changer I can get for the car? The audio bloke I spoke to
said the the radio/cd player in the car is just a bog standard factory fit,
it is a CD 30 - CD 30 MP3, so any help would be appreciated.

If I were you, I'd just use MP3 CDs instead of fitting a changer - you
should be able to get 10 CDs worth of music onto one MP3 CD, if you're happy
with the standard head unit. OTOH I had one as a hire car and couldn't abide
the standard radio, so I'd swap the whole lot for a new head unit and
changer...

Watch out for the blind spots at either side of the car too :D.
