Default Repaing Yamaha AV amp

HI, My av amp has just blown up - well not quite..

Some how somthing that was connected to it managed to burn out some of
the circuets...
Does any one know who mutch it's likly to cost to replace the video
circuet + the lcd display?

In my experience, depending how far up the range/cost of the amp, it's
cheaper to chuck it away and get a new one :-(

Sounds like a major disaster if something coupled to an input blew up the
LCD display...

It's alittle worrying that a video in could do that mutch damage..
But ther edoent look like thers as mutch protection as I would put in
to it.
