Has anyone tried buying abroad, France, Belgium or Denmark?

What are prices like compared to here? Any websites?
I am thinking about European brands in particular like JM FOCAL LABS or DYNAUDIO

The last time I looked in France, prices were almost always higher
over there. Things were different when the Euro was around 60p against
70p today. (The VAT/TVA rate in France is higher than over here.)

For valves I've found Dutch dealers pretty good on prices and stock - Philips
did manufacture in Holland of course. French prices are nothing special.
Germany can be good. About the same conclusion as for HiFi gear it seems.
