There is something about that album by Christina Aguilera, that's
different, she's not my cup of tea, but have heard it, and it is challenging
ok!

I do not care what the figures say for any amp, be it a reported 000.5% or
0.5% I go for mark 1 ears

I completely agree. That's what I try to do. But I just have a
suspicion that if the reviewer had seen the technical write up before
he completed the review he would have been rather less effusive (or
maybe he did?).

Well if it is predominantly 2nd harmonic it might sound quite nice but not
what you would call accurate.

Not if all competent amps sound the same, so you have to provide some
deliberate degradation to justify the 3 grand ticket!

I prefer the term 'passive controller', and I use one myself, but an
Oxymoron is someone who couldn't get into Cambridge...... :-)
