Mixing music and voice

How can I mix, music (from my hd.) with my (mic.)voice, while I hear the
music and commentate it, save it in a music-file (Mp3/Wav...) to burn it
on
audio-cd?
I like to decrease the volume of the music while i'm speaking... something
like in Pinnacle Studio 8 where are three sound-tracks who separately can be
de- or increased...but there is no way to burn it on audio-cd in this
particular program.
There must be some programs who can handle this, I suppose, but wich???
Can anybody help me? Thanks

I don't know Studio-8, but if it does what you want, good! Use it to
prepare a wav file. Use the program that came with your cd-burner
hardware to make an Audio CD using this wav file.
