Can anyone tell me if there's a player or any software which read .s48 audio
files and save them as .wav or another format. MS Media Player will load and play .s48 files but I don't think I can do anything else with them. I think the .s48 format is a type of MP2 but I'm not sure. Any suggestions would be appreciated Wayne Clarke |

Any suggestions would be appreciated Wayne Clarke I'm not familiar with the format, but if it has direct show filters in windows pretty much anything should play them. FooBar2000 allows conversion to/from any format it understands. -- Jim H jh @333 .org |

Thanks Jim
FooBar doesn't seem to recognise my .s48 audio files, which is odd because Media Player plays them fine. Anyone else have any other ideas of how I can convert the file to .wav? ..s48 is the file format of Radioman, a playout system widely used in radio (BBC Local Radio, Classic FM etc).
