What would one of these amps in 1st class condition be worth today??

Depends on if someone wants it. As an example of solid state sounding much
worse than valves, it's a milestone.

I watch the sales on line of Leak and Quad the last one I saw sold went for
about £80 at

Before that one on ebay was pulled after a few days as it stuck on less than
a fiver

I can't remember which of the stereo 30 or 70 was the one that was initially
built in quite a messy way internally, and then rebuilt using neat cards. I'd
assume that the later version is worth more than the earlier - how to
differentiate who knows.

70 has the plug-in cards.
