Onkyo TX-SV343
 

I live in the UK and I've just won an auction on ebay.co.uk for a TX-SV343
AV Amp/Receiver but it hasn't got a remote control with it (the guy lost it
when he moved house). I need to get a new remote but Onkyo can only supply
one if I can tell them the "RC" number of the remote control, ie, RC385S or
whatever it may be.

If anyone on any of these ng's has one of the above units, could you please
tell me the RC number of your remote then I can order a new one.

They really should have been able to look it up for you.

Oh, well. According to their website, it's available.
