Wanted valve / tube tester in UK

Hi,
Has anyone got a tube/valve tester in good condition for sale
or know of any sources?
Would like an AVO e.g. CT160, VCM 4 or similar.

Best Regards

They come up regularly on eBay. But often fetch silly money.

Hi H,

I've got a George Kaye Audio Labs Small Signal Tube Checker.

It tests B9A valves only - so it won't test Octals or large output valves
like KT66 or KT88.

It's 7 years old, but has been in the loft (in it's original box) for the
last 6 years since I sold off my last valve amp.

It's original and in "as new" condition.

Cost me about £400.

Am open to sensible offers.

What do you think?

Reply to newsgroup and then we can go from there.

regards,

Thomas
