Faulty Arcam CD72
 

Strange one this... I've had 3 years + cracking service from me Arcam CD72
until tonight. On switching the unit on, the CD tray pops out 2/3rds of the way
and then retracts. I am then unable to operate any of the buttons to open the
tray. I even managed to get a CD into the tray before it retracted... but I'm still
unable to get the blasted thing to work... All the right lights are on, but nothing
happens....

Before I take it back to Sevenoaks HiFi, any other CD72 owners experienced
this problem? If so, any suggestions?
