figure-8 right-angle power leads

Hi

Trying to find a source of Telefunken (?) figure-8 plugs which go off at a
right-angle so that I can plug in the power connector to the back of a
stereo without either bending the wire (and thus the socket) at a
pcb-damaging angle or leaving a 3-inch gap for the lead to come out.

I'm surely not the only person who's ever wanted to do this: however I can't
seem to find anyone selling them :(

Any stockists? I've tried Maplin, RS & Farnell, as well as a quick google.
Plenty of people seem to do right-angled IEC320 (PC-type) leads but that's
no use :(

Cheers

Geoff

I've never seen one - even when they were more common.

Hmph. Oh well. At least Maplin do a fairly small plug, I'll just use that
and send the wires out at an angle.

Seems like a missed opportunity to me.

Thanks for the comment, anyway.
