You need a music manipulation program such as Sound Forge. However a search
through Lycos will probably find you something that is free or shareware and
will do the job.

CDWave (www.cdwave.com) is a shareware Windoze application that
allows you to identify track splits and then either save a cuesheet
(which some mastering apps can use to burn a single .wav file as
multiple cd-a tracks), or save the tracks as individual .wav files.

Highly recommended, especially as it always splits tracks correctly on
sector boundaries.

Assuming it's in mp3 format, if "ALBW" appears in the filename, look for
some software called AlbumWrap - it will chop it down into X individual
tracks.
