Default Remote transmitter for Rover OT

I know this is a little OT, however, I need to replace a lost remote

central
locking transmitter for my fathers Rover 115. The Rover main agent would
like the extortionate sum of £95. IMHO, this is highway robbery!

I'm not too hopeful, but any suggestions for an alternative source, other
than the Rover Dealership?

TIA

Go Google searching under any combination you can think of of
learning/replacement/car/central locking/remote control/plip

I got a learning one (assuming you still have one original) from a place in
Spennymoor in Co. Durham but I can't find the name or address at this
moment. Cost about £32 + p&p

Tried a Google search and primary hit was

http://www.alarmremotes.co.uk/

Will try them for my Audi key.

Many thanks for the info Woody, and yes he still has one original, and if

he
loses that, we're talking serious money.

In the meantime, I'll try and Google it, however, if you can remember the
name and address of the supplier, would you be kind enough to post it

here?

Best Wishes
