Dead technics CD player
My Technics SL-P277A has died. Whenever you put a CD in it fails to read it
and acts as if there's no CD in it. Any one got any ideas? Ones involving repair rather than "Look on ebay for another ancient CD player" please :D. |

That's one way to do it. I did this on a SL-P477 last year, and it only took about 10 minutes. You can also get a lens cleaner CD from most high street stores, these will do the job in a couple of minutes. -- Andy Hewitt ** FAF#1, (Ex-OSOS#5) - FJ1200 ABS Honda Concerto 16v: Windows free zone (Mac G5 Dual Processor) http://www.thehewitts.plus.com - now online |
