If valve amps aren't funny, Jack Benny wasn't a comedian.
Though if it wasn't for the valve no one would have known who he was anyway,
let alone be able to make a judgment on his humour. I don't think he could
play the violin either, unlike Ted Ray who could and was definately very
funny.

I don't think he could play the violin either, unlike Ted Ray who could and was
definately very funny.

But Ted couldn't play the piano, unlike Bruce Forsyth, who could but wasn't
very funny. Unlike Jack Lemmon who was very funny and could play great jazz
piano. Unlike Roland Riveron, who couldn't play the piano but was quite a good
drummer but not very funny. Unlike Peter Sellers, who could play the drums and
was very funny.
