In general you can go from 50 to 60Hz with no problems (some turntables may disagree with me), and for the voltage, probably the easiest thing you can do is invest in a transformer. If the item is sold in countries that use that voltage, it might be possible to simply change the transformer with the correct one from the makers. Or a substitute one.
