There's this one:

Could be expensive though.

Yes, £68, only £1 less than I paid for the phones :-/

Maplin - gold plated plug, £1.99 - line socket, £0.99.
300 metres of 3 core 3 amp mains cable at 20p/metre.

I only need 2 metres though.

£68 is not that expensive for a headphone extension lead.

It is when you can get them on eBay for £3. I'm looking for something in
between.

As I said, Grado do a 10m one, and I'm happy to pay the £25 for that,
but I don't need 10m. Even 5m would be better.

Me again. Sorry about the £68 lead. How about contacting Grado direct
and seeing if they can knock up something for you. You never know.

No worries, I'm open to suggestions, although it seems silly to spend as
much on a lead as the entire phones cost. I didn't want to go the other
way either, and go too cheap. There just doesn't seem to be anything in
between.

Never thought of contacting Grado, might be an idea there. To be honest,
if they'd made the lead on the phones just 1m longer it probably would
have done the job.

Cheers.
